Redecorating with Canvas Prints

Autumn is well and truly here, with the weather turning cold and dreary we'll be spending more time curled up inside. With this in mind it's also the perfect time to enjoy some reorganising and redecorating of the home.

Canvases can offer a great solution to bringing in colour without having to completely repaint a room. You can use canvas prints to give any room that little extra something.

Give children's bedrooms and playrooms character with bright, colourful canvases. Try using their favourite literature characters and scenes. Or why not transfer their works of art onto canvas? Get them to chip in and help to create a really vibrant, fun space.

Wanting to make a cosier space for the cold winter months? Try using warmer colours in your prints such as deep reds and rich golds. If you are looking to create a lighter airy feel then think light and neutral colours.

Clever positioning of canvases can give a whole other dimension to a room. Having one big sparse wall can leave the room feeling empty and clinical. One big canvas print can give it a point of interest, similar to a statement wall of paint. It can also make the room look bigger if placed strategically. Or to make the place feel more homely try a gallery effect using multiple canvases grouped together in different sizes. Bear in mind though, by grouping together artworks it will make the room appear smaller.
