Canprint will take no responsibility for the quality or content of any media uploaded or otherwise delivered to us. It is the customer's responsibility to have the copyright or have obtained permission from the holder of the copyright to have the image reproduced. All responsibility is with the customer for any claims or actions against copyright that may result from Canprint reproducing images for a customer.
Customers are fully responsible for the quality of the uploaded files.
Upload times may vary due to the size of the file and the customers internet speed and service. Files must be in JPG or Tiff format and between 1 and 10 mb in size if possible. Once an order has been paid for, either on line or any other way Canprint will start production of your order. Should you need to cancel your order a 10% administration charge will apply as long as the order is cancelled before printing has taken place, once we have printed your canvas/ enlargement or poster the order cannot be cancelled. Processing and printing is normally carried out within 4 hours of payment being accepted.
Colour and Print Size.
At Canprint we try our very best to colour match every image and customer satisfaction is important to us. Actual colours may differ due to your own monitor settings over which we have no control. Canvas prints are either rolled or wrapped on to a wooden frame if you choose the wrapped/ framed option a small amount of the image is lost around the edges of the finished product. Canprint will always try to obtain the maximum amount of image on the front of the canvas as possible to produce the best result.
At Canprint we try our very best to produce quality prints and enlargements. It is the customer's responsibility to check the delivery before signing for it we can not refund any damaged deliveries that have not been logged by the courier at the point of delivery. All damaged orders must be made known to Canprint immediately or within 24 hours of receipt. Canprint will not be held responsible for any failure by the courier or postal service. If goods are to be returned, please handle them with care as mishandled goods will not qualify for exchange. Goods must be returned to us within 7 working days of delivery.
We aim to dispatch goods within 3-5 working days from receipt of your payment usually sooner and delivery to you within 3 working days from despatch. However we may not be able to provide an exact delivery date or time of day. Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address to accept the goods as a signature is normally required.
Canprint will always try to deliver as per our delivery times. If for any reason there is a delay Canprint will always let the customer know.
What we will not accept.
Any images uploaded containing any of the following will be deleted and not printed.
- Material that breaches copyright.
- Images that we consider pornographic or obscene.
- Images showing criminal act
- Racist material of any kind
- These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
